Are services included in the licence?
Implementation and launch is included with every platform licence. Content production, managed operations, migration and consulting are optional and priced separately, so you buy them only when you want them.
Is content production included?
Self-service creation is part of the platform. Advanced instructional design, recording, editing, animation and managed multilingual production are optional services.
Can you move us off our current LMS without losing records?
Yes. Migration covers users, courses, SCORM packages, question banks, completion history, scores and certificates, with a test migration and a parallel run before cutover, then reconciliation against the source system.
