Guides and playbooks: practical, not promotional

Each of these is being written now. Tell us which one you want first and we will send it when it publishes.

LMS buyer's guide

What to ask a corporate LMS vendor before you shortlist, including the questions that expose per-user pricing traps and thin regional-language support.

In production

LMS migration checklist

Everything that must move when you change platform: users, SCORM, question banks, completion history, certificates, and how to reconcile them.

In production

Corporate learning operating model

How a two-person L and D team runs learning for eight thousand people without drowning in administration.

In production

Compliance learning checklist

Deadlines, pass thresholds, version tracking, escalation and the audit evidence a regulator or auditor will actually ask to see.

In production

Frontline learning playbook

Designing for people who work on a plant floor, a route or a branch counter: offline, short-form, regional language, phone first.

Course production guide

Turning an SOP into learning people finish, from source document through review to a published multilingual course.

Learning insights: writing on enterprise learning

Articles on completion, knowledge retention, compliance readiness, frontline learning, regional-language training, LMS adoption, learning analytics and managed learning operations. The first pieces publish alongside the full site.

Webinars and events

Product demonstrations and practitioner-led sessions, plus the expos and conferences where you can find the team in person.

Expos and conferences
The events page lists every expo and conference the team has exhibited at or attended, with the dates, the venue, who was there and what was demonstrated. Anything still ahead of us sits at the top of it, so there is one page to check rather than a list here that goes stale.
Product demonstrations
A working session rather than a slide tour: a real SOP turned into a course, assigned, and the completion and evidence views walked through live. Run on request today; a scheduled monthly session publishes here once the calendar is set.
Practitioner sessions
L and D and compliance leaders talking about what actually happened on their rollout, including the parts that did not work. These are worth attending only if they are honest, so they publish when we have speakers willing to be.

Product updates

New capabilities and release notes. Published here as they ship, with the date and what changed.

Nothing is listed yet. A release note that says “various improvements” is not worth writing, so this section starts when there is a specific capability to describe and a date to put against it. If you are evaluating MobiLearn and want to know what is being built next, ask on the demo and we will tell you what is committed and what is still an intention. Ask to be told when a release ships.

Help centre and support

Documentation and support for people already using MobiLearn, kept separate from anything on this site aimed at buyers.

Existing customers
The support desk inside your MobiLearn account is the fastest route for anything account-specific, because it reaches the team who can see your environment.
Administrator documentation
Provided inside the product and during administrator training. A public documentation site publishes once the product documentation is ready for it.
Managed operations
Where your team would rather not run the day-to-day at all, enrolment administration, a learner support desk, campaigns and reporting are available as a separately priced service.

Common questions

What is an AI-powered corporate LMS?

A learning management system that drafts the learning material itself. You point it at an SOP, policy or deck and it produces lessons, quizzes and flashcards for a human to review, instead of requiring finished courses to be uploaded.

What do you mean by gamification?

Points, badges, streaks and team leaderboards applied to learning progress. The purpose is completion, not novelty: people finish more when progress is visible and there is a reason to come back tomorrow.

How is MobiLearn priced?

One annual platform licence, published in rupees. A focused rollout starts at Rs 6.9 lakh a year; enterprise-wide learning starts at Rs 24 lakh a year within fixed workforce bands. There are no per-user fees at enterprise scale.

What deployment models are supported?

Shared cloud, dedicated cloud, your own cloud account, private VPC and on-premise. Customer-hosted environments include a separately scoped deployment component.

Which integrations are available?

Single sign-on, HRMS synchronisation, APIs and SCORM. CRM connections are handled case by case during implementation.

What security evidence is available?

VAPT, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, DPDPA and GDPR positions are documented on the security page, with current status stated exactly rather than implied.

Bring one SOP to the demo. Leave with it as a course.

A 45-minute working session on your own content. We create a course from your document, assign it, and walk through the completion and evidence views your leadership would see.
